Van Ness Ave. <br /> <br />proposed w~ k or against the extent of the district to <br />be assessed therefor and no person appearing to protest <br />or object or show any cause why the improvement should <br />not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of In- <br />tention No. 1721, the Board of Trustees deemed that it <br />had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improve- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> Trustee Goode introduced a resolution ordering the <br />work to be done and lmprovment made as briefly set out <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1721. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution <br />Ordering Work No. 1731 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees <br /> <br />C.H.Chapman, Oeo McPhee, B.B. Collier, <br />Stanley E. Goods, P.L. Purinton. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution of: <br />Intention No. 1725 to order the work done and lmprovemen~ <br />made upon and along a portion of F~uit Street, and the <br />Board of Trustees ~eing duly convened in open session, <br />proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No owner or property liable to be assessed for said <br />work made written protest or any protest against the pro~ <br />posed work or against the extent of the district to be <br />assessed therefor and no person appearing to protest or <br />object or show any cause why the improvement should not : <br />be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intentio~ <br />No. 1725, the Board of Trustees de,ed that it had ac- <br />quired Jurisdiction ct order the proposed improvement. <br /> <br /> Trustee Collier introduced a resolution ordering the <br />work to be done and improvement made as briefly set out <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 1725.
