On motion of Trustee <br />Goods, seconded by Chapman and carried, com~unicatlon <br />was accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br />A communication was presented from the Boulder Dam Asso- <br />ciation relative to annual meeting, which is to be held <br />at Las Vegas, Nevada, April 1Sth. On motion of Trustee <br />Chapman, seconded by Goods and carried, communication was. <br />accepted and ordered placed on file for future reference.~ <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A communication was presented from C.G. L~timer suggest- <br />ins that no further action be taken towards the paving <br />of So. Main Street until a decision has been reached ref- <br />erence to the disposal of storm drain waters. On motion <br />of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chapman and carried, the <br />communication was accepted and placed on file in the <br /> <br />waste paper basket. <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Goode, seconded by Collier and car-i <br /> <br />tied, the City Engineer was instructed to have sidewalk <br />repaired at the southwest corner of 6th ~nd Spurgeon <br />Streets as per request of Wm. F. Lutz. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by McPhee and car-~ <br />tied, reports of the various City Officers For the month <br />of March were nresented and referred to the Finance Com- <br />mittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and <br />carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants cover~ <br />lng demands as audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the City Attorney was instructed to advise the <br /> <br />American Outdoor Advertising Company to repaint the trash <br />receptacles in colors other than those of the U.S. Mail <br /> <br /> <br />
