Following the report, the Board of Trustees awarded the contract to T. W. Ogleaby as the low- est responsible bidder therefor at the price named in his bid. Trustee Chapman introduced a Resolution awarding the contract to T. W. Oglesby. The resolution was ordered filed, read, c onsidered, designated Reso- lution No. 1751 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees C.H. Chapman, Goo McPhee, E.B. Collier, Stanley E. Goods, F.L. Purinton Trustees None Trustees None. This being the time and place set forth in Reso- lution of Intention No. 1739 to order the work done and improvement made upon and along a portion of Freeman Avenue, and the Board of Trustees beir~ duly convened in open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests p~esented. No owner or property liable to be assessed for said work made written protest or any protest against the proposed work or against the extent of the district to be assessed therefor and no person appearing to pPotest or object or show any cause why the improvement should not De carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1739, the Board of Trustees deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. Trustee Collier introduced a resolution ordering the work to be done and improvement made as brief- ly set out in Resolution of Intention No. 1739. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1752, and passed by the following vote:
