No. 1966 <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />French, Valencia <br /> <br />and Poinsettia Sts. <br /> <br />favor of annexation was 49, and the number of votes <br />therein against annexation was 10, and the City Council <br />finds that as a result of said election the proposition <br />of annexing said territory to the City of Santa Aha was <br />favorably voted upon. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />Intention No. 1958 to order the work done and im <br />made upon and along Broadway and Riverside Drive, and <br />the City Council being duly convened in open session, <br />proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests presented. <br />No owner of property liable to be assessed f~r said <br />work made written protest or any protest against the <br />proposed work or against the extent of the dis~rict to <br />be assessed therefor and no person appearing to protest <br />or' object or show any cause why the improvement should <br />not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1958, the City Council deemed that it had <br />acquired Juri~dlction to order the proposed improvement. <br />A resolution was introduced ordering the work to be done <br />and improvement made as briefly set out in Resolution <br />Intention No. 1958. The resolution was ordered filed, <br />read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work <br />No. 1965 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C. Chancy, <br /> Stamley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees W. J.
