Unpaid Assess. <br /> <br />Wilshire Lighting Dist. <br /> <br />297 <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> ri ed, a sum not to exceed $1811.00 was appropriated from <br /> the Motor Vehicle Fund to the Pacific Electric Railway <br /> Company, for the opening a~d paving of Bishop, Harwood <br /> and Grant Streets and a certified copy bf ~he~minutes be <br /> sent to the Pacific Electric Railway Company. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> ried, the matter of the Right-of-Way property of the <br /> <br />· Pacific Electric Railway Company on Maple Street between <br />Chestnut and McFadden, was referred to the City Attorney <br />for investigation and report back. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly amd car- <br /> ried, the City Manager was instructed to order three <br /> suspension street lights installed on Washington Avenue, <br /> between Artesia and English. <br /> <br /> A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the inten- <br /> tion of the City Council to order the paving and other- <br /> wise improving of Baker Street between the North line of <br /> First Street and the South line of Fourth Street. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br /> designated Resolution of Intention No. 1980 and passed <br /> by the following vote: <br /> <br /> ~Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C.Chane <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
