Unps~d Assess. <br /> <br />Seventh Street Sewer. <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced <br />determining the u~paid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, t.be aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations for <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, desil <br />rated Resolution No. 1982 and passed by the following vo <br /> <br /> Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chancy, Stanley E.Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Tills tees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improvement made upon Seventh Street, <br />in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1890 and <br />the City Council being now in session, proceeded to hear <br />all protests presented. <br /> <br />No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not .be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the u~Paid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bc~ds to be issued for ~he security of the <br />u~paid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 1985 and passed by the follow- <br />lng vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.
