No. 1993 <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />Western Avenue. <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br /> Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br /> Avenue and Seventeenth Street, and Sixteenth Street <br /> between Ross Street and Durant Street. The resolutic~ <br /> was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolu- <br /> tion of Intention No. 1991 and passed by the following <br /> vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, F.L. Purir <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1980 to order the work done and im- <br />provement made upon and along Baker Street between <br />First and Fourth, and the City Council being duly con- <br />vened in open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon <br />all protests presented. No owner of property liable to <br />be assessed for said work made written protest or any <br />protest against the proposed work or against the extent <br />of the district to be assessed therefor and no person <br />appearing to protest or object or show any cause why <br />the improvement should not be carried out in accordance <br />with Resolution of Intention No. 1980, the City Council <br />deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the <br />proposed improvement. A resolution was introduced <br />ordering the work to be done ,~ improvement made as <br />briefly set out in Resolution of Intention No. 1980. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1992 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> T~ustees J.L. McBride, W.J..Kelly, F.L. Furinto~ <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1981 to order the work done and im- <br />provement made upon and along Western Avenue between <br />First and Etg~hth Street, and the City Council being <br />duly convened in open session, proceeded to hear and <br />pass upon all protests presented. Mr. E. G. Best, ownex <br />of property liable to be assessed for said work made <br />written protest against the the construction of side- <br />walks on Western Avenue; no other owner of property <br />liable to be assessed for said work made written pro- <br />test or any protest against the proposed work or <br /> <br />agaLust the extent of the district to be assessed there. <br /> other <br />for and no/person appearing to protest or object or <br /> <br />show any cause why the tmprove~ent should not be car- <br />ried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />1~81, the City Council deemed .that it had acquired <br /> <br /> <br />
