Unpaid Assess. <br /> <br />South Patton Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance Fixing <br /> <br />Tax Rate 1925-19~. <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br /> Noes~ <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement dc~iied an, <br />overruled the protest presented. A resolution was <br />introduced ordering the wc~k to be done and improvement <br />made as briefly set out in Resolution of Intention No. <br />1981. <br /> <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1993 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, F.L. Purinton <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and ~here interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improve~Bnt made upon South Patton <br />Street, in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />1843 and the City Council being now in session, procee- <br />ded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be lasued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing khe denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read,considered, <br /> designated Resolution No. 1994 and passed by the follow- <br /> ing vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, F.L. Purinton <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goodc. <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced fixing the amount of money <br />ascertained to carry on the various departments of the <br />City of Santa Ana and to pay the bonded indebtedness <br />falling due for the current year 1928-1929 and fixing the <br />rate of taxation. The Ordinance was ordered filed, read <br />considered and referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Mc Bride and <br /> <br />carried, the City Council adjourned to August 13th, 1928 <br />7:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
