Following the report, the City Council <br />awarded, the contract to the Griffith Company as the <br />lowest r~sponslble bidder therefor. A resolution was <br />introduced awarding the contract. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution <br />No. 2009 and passed by the followir~ vote: <br /> <br /> ~yes, Trustees: J.L.McBride, Homer C. Chaney, ~.J.Ke:ly, <br /> Stanley E.
