A resolution adopting plans and specifications for the improvement to be made upon and along Birch Street be- tween Fairview Avenue and the North line of Tract No. 382 and Russell Avenue between Broadway and Ross Street, was filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2025 and passed by the following vote:
