McBride, W.J. Kelly, <br /> Purinton. <br /> <br />Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. <br />Absent; Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />W.K. Van <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of W. K. Sixsmith for permission <br />to teach boxing and give an exhibition, was referred to <br />the City Manager for investigation to report back in <br />one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />Pied, the applications of the Cope Electric Compan$ to <br />hang an electric sign for Dr. C. Beauchamp at 110~ E. <br />Fourth Street and of the Gem Electric Company to hang <br />an electric sign for Kay and Burbank at ll4 S. Main <br />Street, were granted under the supervision of the <br />Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Flannlng Commission was <br />accepted approving the application of R. F. Crlbaro for <br />posting and the City Engineer was instructed to post <br />property on the South side of Anahurst Place between <br />Main and Broadway for light industry~ hearing date set <br />October 29th. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted approving the petition of property owners on <br />West First Street for the purpose of posting and the <br />City Engineer was instructed to post property for busi- <br />ness as follows: The block between First and Second <br />Streets and Birch and Broadway; also the north half of <br />the block between Birch and Broadway and First and Wal- <br /> <br /> Hearing date set October 29th. <br /> <br />nut Streets. <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the City Engineer was instructed to post property <br />at 1111E. Fourth Street for special uses covering the <br />application of Bert Sutton to build a temporary garage <br />building. Hearing date was set October Egth. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of J.. T. Van ¥~ay for permission <br /> <br /> <br />
