No. ~042 <br /> <br />O~dering ~ork <br /> <br />Garfield, Sixth, <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />etal. <br /> <br />This being the time and place When and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued against the lands in the Assessment District <br />in Acquisition and Improvement District No. I for the <br />purpose of obtaining the amount required to pay the <br />interlocutory Judgments in the action brought to condemn <br />the property sought to be taken for the opening of N. <br />Sycamore Street, in accordance with Resolution of Inten- <br />tion No. 1VSS, and the City Council being now in <br />proceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced <br />ordering issuance of acquisition bonds for said district <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2041 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W.~. Kell2, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purlnton. <br /> <br /> Noes, T~ustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees J.L. McBride. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 2055 to order the work done and im- <br />provement made upon and along portiOzis of Garfield, <br />Sixth, Poinsettia, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Brown, Staf- <br />ford, Vance and Wellington Avenue, and the City Council <br />being duly convened in open session, proceeded to hear <br />and pass upon all protests presented. <br /> <br /> Ail protests filed having been read and overruled <br />against the proposed work and against the extent of the <br />district to be assessed therefor, a resolution was intro. <br />duced ordering the work to be done and improvement made <br />as briefly set out in Resolution of Intention No. 2055. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 2042, and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W.J. Kelly, Homer C. Chancy, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees J.L.
