No. 2051 <br /> <br />Intention--Pine & Cedar. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by McBride and car <br />tied, the City Manager was empowered to have buildlng <br /> <br />erected at the Horse <br />Walnut Street, for a <br /> <br />Shoe Pitching Club grounds on West <br />sum not to exceed $800.00. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening of <br />bids or proposals for the sale of Acquisition Bonds, <br />designated "Series A" in Acquisition and Improvement <br />District No. I. of the City of Santa Ane, in the total <br />sum of $24,840.19, ordered issued by Resolution No. 2041, <br />and being numbered 1 to 50 inclusive, and bearing inter- <br />est at the rate of seven per cent per annum, payable <br />semi-annually, the City Council proceeded to and did <br />publicly open, examine and declare all bids as follows: <br /> <br /> G. W. Bond and Son -par value, plus accrued interest <br /> to date of delivery, plus a pre- <br /> mium of ~25.00. <br /> First Natl. Bank of -par value, plus accrued interest. <br /> Santa Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the City Council awarded the said bonds to the <br />highest bidder, namely, G.
