Assess. <br /> <br />Baker Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinamce Restricting <br /> <br />Zone for Peddlers & Venders. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work and improvement made upon French, Valencia and <br />Poinsettia Streets, in accordance with Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1960, and the City Council being now in <br />session, proceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br />No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, <br />considered and designated Resolution No. 2052 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W. J. No person appear- <br />ing to protest or show any cause why bonds' should not be <br />issued, a resolution was introduced determining the <br />unpaid assessments for work and improvement made upon <br />said streets, the aggregate there?f, directing bonds to <br />be issued for the security of the unpaid assessments, <br />prescribing the denominations of said bonds and providing <br />for the issuance of same in annual series. The <br />was ordered filed, read, considered and designated Reso- <br />lution No. 2053 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J. L. McBride, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W. J. Kelly. <br /> <br />An Ordinance restricting a zone or district from First <br />Street to Sixth Street and French Street to Ross Street, <br />in which peddlers and venders may operate, within the <br />City of Santa Aha, was introduced, read, considered and <br />referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
