<br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should

<br />of Greenleaf Str®et, in accordance with Resolution of
<br />Intention No. 1879, and the City Council being now in
<br />session, proceeded to hear sll protests presented.

<br />bonds should not be issued, Trustee McBride introduced
<br />a resolution determining the unpaid assessments for
<br />and improvement made upon said street, the aggregate
<br />thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security
<br />of the unpaid assesaments, prescribing the denomination~
<br />of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in
<br />annual series.
