L. Briney was presented re- <br /> questing permission to erect a service station on the <br /> northeast corner of Seventeenth and Greenleaf Streets. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and carried <br /> the applicatiom of P.L. Briney was referred to the Plan- <br /> ning Commission and the City Engineer was instructed to <br /> post property for hesring date April 30th. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Knox and carried, <br /> the report of the County Health Department for the month <br /> of March was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in favor <br /> of J.W. Markel & Son in amount of $2210.10 final payment <br /> on cc~tract for the construction of the Sewage Screening <br /> Plant; warrant to be drawn from the Joint 0utfall Sewer <br /> Completion Fund. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Knox, seconded by Kelly and carried, <br /> Wells and Bressler were granted forty-five days extensior <br /> of time to complete the paving of South Parton Street. <br /> <br />A protes~ signed by residents in the vicinity of the old <br /> <br />~t~t e~ai~tOlub ~ city reservoir site at Sixth and Olive Streets, was read <br /> <br /> <br />
