Martin free water for parkways in Sunset <br />Gardens. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on <br />motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and carried, <br />the application of Alan H. Hadell to erect and conduct <br />a service station on the northeast corner of Main' and <br />Edgewood, was granted. <br /> <br />Petitions were presented ~having been circulated by N.O. <br />Mellott, R. Marion Suttner, Margaret L. Eaau, Clyde L. <br />Jenken, Roy Browning, C. B. Diehl and others gave testi <br />mony relative to the checking of names on the petitions <br /> <br />with the gre~t register, extent of the area to be an- <br /> the <br />nexed and / inhabitation of certain territory. A reso- <br /> <br />lution was introduced resolving that petitions were <br />filed in pursuance to the Act of the Legislature and <br />that the territory so proposed to be annexed to the <br />City of Santa Ana is inhabited territory and is contigu. <br />ous to the City.
