Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced approving assessment <br /> <br />diagram <br /> <br />covering the improvement being made upon Main Street <br />from First Street to Sixth Street ina ccordance with <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1801. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, designated Resolution No. 1867 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G. Knox, <br /> Stanley Eo Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noe s, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1858 to order the work done and improw <br />ment made upon and along a portion of Franklin Street <br />from Myrtle Street to First Street, and the City Council <br />being duly convened in open session, proceeded t6 hear <br />and pass upon all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No owner of property liable to be assessed for said <br />made written protest or any protest against the proposed <br />work or against the extent of the district to be <br />therefor and no person appearing to protest or object or <br />show any cause why the improvement should not be carried <br />out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1858, <br />the City Council deemed £hat it had acquired Jurisdic- <br />tion to order the proposed improvement. A resolution <br />was introduced ordering the work to be done and improve- <br />ment made as briefly set out in Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1858. The resolution was ordered, filed read, con- <br />sidered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1868 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes~ Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, W.G. Knox,. <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
