An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 to change the zone upon North Broadway between Washington Avenue and Fifteenth Street, on both sides of said street, from single family residonce zone to two family and apartment house district of not more than two (2) stories in height zone." was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 840 and passed by tho following vote: Ayes, NOeS Absent Trustees ~.L.
