An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance providing the rules and regulations regulating the handling, keeping, storing, transporting and use of inflamable liquids in the City of Santa Aha, and providing other fire preventive measures in said city; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith and providing a penalty for the violation of said ordinan. was introduced, read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, January 28th 1929, at ?:50 P.M., in the Council Chamber. APPROVED: Santa Ana City Hall. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chaney and car- tied, the communication from Carroll Eyster commenting on the use of part of Birch Park for Postoffice site, was accepted and placed on file.
