A. King and W. C. <br />closing of Pine and Walnut Streets. <br /> <br />seconded by Goods and car- <br /> January ?th, <br /> King against the <br /> <br />This being the day and hour set for hearing protests or <br />appeals of any person interested in the work, improve- <br />ment or assessment made therefor for the improvement of <br />Western Avenue from First Street to Eighth Street, in <br />accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1981, and no <br />person appearing to protest or object against the <br />ment or any other of the proceedings taken, a resolution <br />overruling protests or objections to assessment, approv- <br />ing assessment and ordering the street superintendent to <br />attach warrant -~ record, was duly introduced, read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 2054 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br /> Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, Stanley E. Goods, F.L.
