Broadway. <br /> <br />14'7 <br /> <br /> Noes, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced approving assessment diagram <br />covering the improvement in, on and along Martha Lane, <br />Pacific Avenue and Bristol Street, in accordance with <br />Resolution of Intention No. 2132. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, designated Resolution No. 2163 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W. J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> T~ustees None. <br /> <br />Trustees Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br />This being the time snd place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improvement made upon Bishop, Wakeham, <br />Wisteria, Beverley, Harwood, Oak, Kilson and Hickory <br />Street~ in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />2111 and the City Council being now in session, proceeded <br />to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the un- <br />paid assessments, prescribing the denomination of said <br />bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual <br />series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2164 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W. J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced amending Ordinance No. 785 <br />regulating the collection, removal and disposal of gar- <br />bage in the City of Santa Ana. The ordinance was read, <br />considered and referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Au Ordinance was introduced amending Ordinance No. 843 <br />establishing Set-Back lines upon North Broadway, on both <br />sides of said street, from Eighth Street to Santa Clara <br />Avenue, abandoning set-back lines on North Broadway belwe <br />Eighth Street and Tenth Street. The ordinance was read, <br />considered and referred baek to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
