Elliott to conduct a taxi bus-i- <br />ness at Third and Spurgeon Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the request of the Santa Ana Realty Board for a <br />donation of $260.00 towards expenses of holding a Farm <br />Land Exhibition in Los Angeles, was denied for the rea~ <br />that Santa Ana would derive no benefit from advertising. <br /> <br />A resolution adopting plans and specifications for the <br />improvement to be made upon and along Lowell Street and <br />a certain right-of-way in the City of Santa Ana, was <br />filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2168 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, T~ustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chancy, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the in- <br />tention of the City Council to order the paving and othe~ <br />wise improving of Lowell Street between Fatrview Avenue <br />and Russell Avenue and a certain right-of-way in the <br />City of SantaAna~he resolution was ordered filed, read, <br />considered, designated Resolution of Intention No. 2166 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.
