Wilson. <br /> <br />141 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of the Gem Electric Company to <br />hang an electric sign for the Suitorium at 109 W. Fifth <br />Street, was granted under supervision of the Electrical <br />Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the bond of the Pacific Electric Railway Company <br />in a~ount of $1,000.00 covering franchise to construct <br />and maintain trolley wires upon poles and fixtua'es to be <br />erected along Third Street between Lacy and Maple, was <br />referred to the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the bond of the First National Bank of Santa Aha <br />covering subdivision of Tract No. 968, was referred to <br />the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee GoOde, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the applications of J.O. Gulledge and T.S. <br />Eunter for the rezoning of property located on Bristol <br />Street between Second and Third Street and between Firmt <br />and Second Street, and of W. B. French for the rezoning <br />of property at the northwest corner of Third and Ross <br />Street, were granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of John W. Anderson to con- <br />duct a convalescent home at the northeast corner of <br />Wellington and Lacy Streets, was granted under special <br /> <br />usese <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the application of Robt. Gerstenkorn to erect a <br />three house court at 922 S. Birch Street was disapproved <br />on recommendation of the Planning Commission for the <br />reason that lot is too small for said purpose but Commie- <br />sion would consider favorably a duplex. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Goode and c <br />tied, the application of W. C. Wilson to erect a three <br />two family residence on the southwest corner of Broadway <br />and Fairview having been referred to the Planning Commis- <br />sion for recommendation, the property was ordered posted <br />for special use and hearing date set January 2?th. <br /> <br /> <br />
