Kelly, Stanley E. Goode, <br /> F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees J.L. McBride, B.O. Sutton. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance providing for holding a General Municipal <br />Election in the City of Santa Ana, California, on the <br />13th day of April, 1931, for the Election of City Offi- <br />cers in said City, and voting upon the proposition for <br />the increase of the salaries of the members of the City <br />Council; giving notice of said election; designating the <br />polling places, the hours during which the polls shall be <br />opened, the officers to be elected, and appointing elec- <br />tion officers to serve as said election." <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br />936 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W.J.
