Patton St., etal. <br /> <br />329 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />rieS, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according <br />to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Street Superintendent was instructed to hold <br />bonds for the improvement of South Patton Street until <br />such time as the contractor, P. P. Janich, makes a satis- <br />factory settlement on all claims. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the City Council proceeded to open bids or proposal: <br />for the improvement in Acquisition and Improvement Dis- <br />t~ict No.9, known as the East Fourth Street Subway~ as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Robert E. No person appearing to protest or show any cause <br />why bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduce~ <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, direc. <br />ting bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid <br />assessments, prescribing the denomination of s aid bonds <br />and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />nated Resolution No. 2294 and passed by the following vote <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees Nnne. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> <br />
