Santa Ana City Hall. November 7th, 1932. V:30 P.M. City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Wi~mer. Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner~ W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Absent: Trustees None. Minutes of meetings of October 17th and 24th were approved aa read. In Re Resolution City of Anaheim. In Re Electric Sign. In Re Bond of Pacific System Homes, Inc. In He Ordinance No. 30 Met. Water District. In Re Petition of Electrical Contractors. In Re Monthly Reports. In Re Monthly Warrants. On motion of Trus tee McBride, seconded by Warner and car, ~ied, the resolution adopted by the City Council of Anaheim with reference to Gas Tax Distribution and Secon- dary State Highway $~ditions was accepted and the Clerk instructed to acknowledge same. # On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the application' o~ Robertson Electric Corpora- tion to hang an electric sign for the Hotel Edgar at 30S Spumgeon Street was granted under supervision of the Electrical Inspector. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride carried, the bond of the Pacific System Homes, Inc., fc~ Plastering in amount of $1000.00 was referred to the Chair for approval c~ disapproval. . On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the comunication of The Metropolitan Water District with Ordinance No. 30 attached, was accepted and the Clerk instructed to post the Ordinance. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the petition of Electrical Contractors requesting ,a portion of the repeal of/Section 32 of the Electrical Ordinance applying to the bond of $500,00, was accepted and filed. # On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner a~d carried, the reports of the City Officers for the month of October, were referred to the Finance Cow,,ittee. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and ca~ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants lng to demands audited by the Finance Committee.
