Main Street, was referred <br />to Trustee HasenJaeger and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Wa~ner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of Thomas Moyahan to have proper. <br />ty located on South Main Street and described as Lots 5, <br />6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Il, l~ and the west 100 feet of Lot 38 <br />of Tract #1§9 rezoned for Light Industrial Zone to permit <br />him to conduct a service station, auto parts and wrecking <br />yard, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the application of Thomas Noyahan was taken <br /> <br />under advisement for one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, <br />carried, the application of H. L. <br /> <br />seconded by Warner and <br />Nayler to have the <br /> <br /> northwest corner of First and Patton Street rezoned for <br /> Neighborhood Business Zone to per~it the erection of a <br /> building to be used by the Home Ice Company, was referred <br /> to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Co~ission <br />accepted approving the property for posting to change the <br />property at the northwest corner of First and Patton <br />Streets to Neighborhood Business Zone provided plans are <br />submitted satisfactory to the Building Inspector and the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, the request of H. P. Rankin, Chairman of the <br />Citizens Unemployment Emergency Com~ittee, for the <br />by the City of the Secretary,s salary for a period of two <br />months, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the communication of the Southern Pacific Company <br />suggesting that the gate~ be removed at theFo~rth Street <br />crossing and the trains flagged and no wigwags be <br />until a later date, was referred to a committee of Trustee <br />HasenJaeger, Warner and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Witmer, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the bonds of Charles C. Dunbar for Electrical Work <br />and H. F. Garland for Plastering Work were referred to <br /> <br /> <br />
