W. Scott and of E. R. Grant <br />for the job as caretaker of the Bowers Memorial Museum, <br />were referred to the Bowers Memorial Museum Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> <br />carried, the monthly reports for March of the City <br />Officers were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants accord <br />lng to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of W. M. Rice to enlarge his <br />present wrecking yard at 905 E. Second Street and erect <br />a seven foot board fence around the enlargement, was <br />granted on condition that fence be painted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seco~ded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the property at ~410 N. Main Street was <br />ordered posted for special uses, provided no business <br />entrance be made from Santa Ana Boulevard and that the <br />improvement be painted and of sightly appearance and <br />situated on lot as per plan submitted, in accordance with <br />the application of Charles E. Nugent to erect a Lath <br />House for Nursery. Hearing date set April llth, 1932. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, W. H. Thompson as appointed a special police <br />without additional pay for the duration of time of the <br />Bowl construction. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced ap~r eying assessment diagram <br />covering the work and improvement in, on and along por- <br />tions of Seventeenth, Main, Broadway, Durant, Ross, <br /> <br /> <br />
