Todd to construct a <br />lath house, 15~x40t at 9~1 S. Main Street to be used for <br />Cactus Nursery was granted on condition that Lath House <br />be painted and plans submitted to the Building Inspector <br />for approval · <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by' Warner and car- <br />ried, the recon~nendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and A. H. Allen, Asa Hoffman, DeWitt Dudley, <br />Oliver Halsel and Fleetwood Bell were appointed members <br />of the gity Forestry Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, Walter S. Smith, Manager of the West Coast Theatre, <br />was appointed a special police officer without pay. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, secc~ded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the applications of Shipkey & Pearson, Inc., and <br />of George Dunton to rezone the southwest and the northeas~ <br />corners of T~nth and Broadway from Courts and Apartment <br />Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone,w~e denied on recom- <br />mendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the City Council adjou~-ned. <br /> <br /> <br />
