Kellogg. In Re Agreement Coco Cola Bottling Co. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the Health Report for the month of March was refer- red to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner a nd car- ried, the bonds of Janey Wilde Lowry, Erma Keeler and Marion Suttner in amounts the Chair for approval ~ of $1000.00, were referred to disapproval. On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by McBride and carried, the bond of Conliffe and Sorenson for Plastering in amount of $1000.00 was referred to the chair for approval or disapproval. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, applications of Electrical Contractors to hang electric signs were granted under the supervision of the Electrical Inspector as follows: Guy Barp Nichols Dollar Store George Dunton W. R. Peirson 1302 N. Main St. 115 E. Fourth St. 806 N. Main St. 212 W. 4th St. applicstion of M. the south side of On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the application of Ray S. Chandler and James N. Harding for a permit to dispose of by puolic auction all of the furniture located in the store building at 417 W. Fourth Street, was referred to the Chief of Police for investigation. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the application of ~r. Headley of the Headley for a reduction of his city license, Motor Company/for the reason that he has disposed of his new car agency and is now conducting a used car business, was referred to the City Attorney. On motion of Trustee HasenjaegeP, seconded oy McBride and carried, the hearing was continued for one week on the R. Kellogg to erect an auto court on Roe Drive and Santa Ana Boulevard. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an agreement with the Coco Cola Bottling Company of Los Angeles covering the construction of an electric sign at the southeast corner of West First Street ~ud Artesia Street which extends over and upon the five foot set-back line established on West First Street.
