Kellogg. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Coco Cola Bottling Co. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the Health Report for the month of March was refer- <br />red to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner a nd car- <br />ried, the bonds of Janey Wilde Lowry, Erma Keeler and <br /> <br />Marion Suttner in amounts <br />the Chair for approval ~ <br /> <br />of $1000.00, were referred to <br />disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by McBride and <br />carried, the bond of Conliffe and Sorenson for Plastering <br />in amount of $1000.00 was referred to the chair for <br />approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, applications of Electrical Contractors to hang <br />electric signs were granted under the supervision of the <br />Electrical Inspector as follows: <br /> <br />Guy Barp <br />Nichols Dollar Store <br />George Dunton <br />W. R. Peirson <br /> <br />1302 N. Main St. <br />115 E. Fourth St. <br />806 N. Main St. <br />212 W. 4th St. <br /> <br />applicstion of M. <br />the south side of <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Ray S. Chandler and James N. <br />Harding for a permit to dispose of by puolic auction all <br />of the furniture located in the store building at 417 W. <br />Fourth Street, was referred to the Chief of Police for <br />investigation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br /> <br />carried, the application of ~r. Headley of the Headley <br /> for a reduction of his city license, <br />Motor Company/for the reason that he has disposed of his <br /> <br />new car agency and is now conducting a used car business, <br />was referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenjaegeP, seconded oy McBride and <br />carried, the hearing was continued for one week on the <br /> <br /> R. Kellogg to erect an auto court on <br /> Roe Drive and Santa Ana Boulevard. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an <br />agreement with the Coco Cola Bottling Company of Los <br />Angeles covering the construction of an electric sign <br />at the southeast corner of West First Street ~ud Artesia <br />Street which extends over and upon the five foot set-back <br />line established on West First Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
