On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the report of the Health Department for the month of December, was referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the application of Staton B~°S., for permission to erect a service station at the northwest corner of Fi~et & Spurgeon was referred to the Planning Commission.
