Vegely, City Clerk was g~anted permission to leave the Btate for ten days starting January 21, 1932. . On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- ried, the application of J. G. Mitchell for the use of Bi, ch Park on January 31st, 1932, for a Minnesota Picnic, was granted. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- ried, the application of H. A. Shugart for pex~nission to erect a garage at 311 Fruit Street was referred to the Planning Commis sion. . On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the property at the southeast corner of First and Artesia was ordered posted for neighborhood, business zone and the heaming date set January 25th, 1932, in accordance with the application of the Coca Cola Bottling Company fox permission to make improvements to property. On motion 'of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, ~entativc Maps of Tracts Nos. 5?4, 485 and $2~ subdivisions within the three mile limits of the City of ~anta Aha, providing for reversion to acreage, were approved on recommendation of the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee 'Warner, seconded by McBride and car- ried, the City Attorney was i~structed to co~nicat% with the Pacific Electric Railway Company to dete~mlne what disposition the Oompany intends to make oK its track on N. Main Street.
