Alexander. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Hearing of <br /> <br />Henry S. 0kamoto... <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Company "L" Mess Fun~. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Walter DeVaul for a permit <br />to conduct a Sandwich Shop in the residence located at <br />826 S. Main Street, was referred to tt~ Planning Commis- <br />sion for recommendation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the protest of the Lions Club of Santa Ana <br />against making up the 0ity budget and eliminating a por- <br />tion of the amount now being used in maintaining the <br />Santa Aha Municipal Band, was accepted and filed. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the communication of B. V. Curry, Director of <br />the Dept. of Social Welfare, with reference to paying <br />transportation of Pedro Murillo, sentenced to the County <br />Jail by the City. for five months, to Mexico when the <br />County pays transportation of his wife and fou~ children <br />was taken under advisement. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the application of C. J. Alexander for permis- <br />sion to cut s~enty feet of curb on First Street and <br />fifty feet of curb on Bristol Street in connection with <br />his service station, was referred to the City Engineer <br />and Trustee Hasenjaeger with power to act. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />This ia time and place set for the hearing of Henry S. <br />0kamoto to show cause if he is operating within the <br />limits of the Zoning Ordinance. On motion of Trustee <br />Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the Clerk <br />was instructed ~ not to issue a city license ~ Mr. <br /> <br />0kamoto for his produce stand at 1330 S. Main Street <br /> definite <br />until/arrangements are made for the erection of a build. <br /> <br />lng in which to conduct his business. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and car- <br />ried, an appropriation of $100.00 was made from the <br /> <br /> <br />
