Ayes, NoN s · Absent, On motion of Trustee NcBride, Seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the matter with reference to amending License Ordinance No. 94V requiring yearly leases from transient merchants, was referred to a con~ittee composed of Truste~ Hasenjaeger, Penn and Warner. On motion of Trustee NcBride, seconded by Penn and car- ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted approving Nap Tract No. 610 and the City Attor- ney was instructed to prepare the necessary resolutions abandoning portions of Walnut and Pine Streets. . On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried~ the recommendation of the Planning Con~ission was accepted and the application of A. G. Diehl to rezone the southeast corner of Van Ness and Bishop Streets from Single Family Residence Zone to N&ighborhood Business Zen, was granted provided the store building is faced on Van Ness Avenue with a closed front and a set-back of twenty feet on Van Ness Avenue and a set-back of seven feet on Bishop Street. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 to change the zone at the Southeast corner of Bishop and Van Ness Avenue from Single Family Residence Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone" was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 963 and passed by the follow_tug vote: Trustees E. G. Warner, W. H. Perm, A. C. Hasenjaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Trustees J. L. NcBr~ide. Trustees None. On motion of Trustee NcBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger ~nd carried, the aoplic~tion of Vicente N. Ba_llester to rezon~ the southwest corner of First and Frar~{lin Streets from Single Family Residence Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone to permit the construction of a brick store building and service station, was on recomendation of the Planning Commission granted. ,, An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Zoning 0rdin~nce No. 809 to change the Zone on a lot fifty-one feet by one hundred ten feet located at the southwest corner of First and Franklin Streets from Single Family Residence Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone" was introduced, read, considered and referred back to the City ~tt orney.
