G. Diehl to rezone <br />the southeast corner of Van Ness and Bishop Streets from <br />Single Family Residence Zone to N&ighborhood Business Zen, <br />was granted provided the store building is faced on Van <br />Ness Avenue with a closed front and a set-back of twenty <br />feet on Van Ness Avenue and a set-back of seven feet on <br />Bishop Street. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 to <br />change the zone at the Southeast corner of Bishop and <br />Van Ness Avenue from Single Family Residence Zone to <br />Neighborhood Business Zone" <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br />963 and passed by the follow_tug vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees E.
