Rotwbacher <br /> <br />were taken under advisement for one week and the Clerk <br /> <br />waw instructed to return the checks of other bidders. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Witmer and car- <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />tied, the following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />To Deed Land <br />far State Armory. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the State of <br />California is contemplating erection and construction cg <br />an Armory in the City of Santa Ana, and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been proposed a project in the City <br />of Santa Ama situated at the Bowl in the City of Santa Aha <br />which said project included an Armory, and <br /> WHEREA~, it has been brought to the attention of the <br />0ity 0ouncil of the City of Santa An- that the State of <br />Califormia is desirous of being.~ormed by said City <br />Council that said City of Santa/~XI1 deed to the State of <br />California all of the land necessary and required in the <br />erection .and construction of said Armory: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Santa <br />Ana is ready and willing to deed to the State of Californi <br />for the purpose of erectiDn and c o~structlen of an Ax1~gry <br />such ground far the erection and construction of said Arm0~ <br />in the City of Santa A-a, if and when the State of Cali- <br />fornia has plans dmawn and money available for the con- <br />struction of said Armory, p~oviding however, that this <br />offer continue in force and effect until two years <br />thereafter. <br /> <br /> 11 <br />-$lO66. <br />- 1263. <br />- 1050. <br />- 1468. <br /> <br />- 1990. <br />- 1400. <br />- 1677. <br /> <br /> <br />
