M. Me.hr against the <br />removal of the crossing gates on East Fourth Street, was <br />referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjseger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the communication of Th~ ~etropolitan Water <br />District inclosing ~ certified copy of Resolution No.248 <br />adopted by the Board of Directors levying a tax upon <br />taxable property within the District, was received and <br />filed. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the report of W. T. Lambert, Cooaaty Auditor, <br />placing Santa Ana~s valuation for the year 1932-33 at <br />~19,83V,500.00, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the request of W. 0. Hill for an extension of thirt <br />days time to complete his contract for the drilling of <br />water well, was granted. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Pe~mu, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, Trustee Warner was appointed a committee of one <br />to u, ork with a committee representing the Jo~hn Brown <br />Tabernacle to contact residents in the vicinity of the <br />900 block South Broadway regarding the establistz~ent of <br />the John Brown Tabernacle at said location. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Penn and car- <br />ried, the offer of the Policyholders Service Corporation <br />to study the inmzrance policies and effect a saving to <br />the City, was referred to Trustee Hasenjaeger and the <br /> <br />City Auditcm <br /> <br />to investigate and report back. <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br />ried, the application of <br /> <br />Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br /> Richard Winchell, ov~ner of the <br /> <br /> <br />
