Martin. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition of <br /> <br />Plumbing Contractors. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Dr. John McAuley. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />for Poultry Yard. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the application of Leroy Bobrof for permission to <br />conduct an auto wrecking yard at 91§-17 E. First Street <br />and erect a building to conform with the Building Ordi- <br />nance and also to erect an eight foot fence to inclose <br />the yard, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, secorded by McBride and <br />carried, the application of Leroy Bobrof to conduct an <br />auto wrecking yard was denied on reco~nendation of the <br />Planning Comission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the petition of Kaplan & Roth,and others request~ <br />lng the reduction of the city license for Junk dealers, <br />was referred to the Ftnanc~ Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and <br /> carried, the bom~i of W. K. Martin for Cement Sidewalk and <br /> CUrbing in amount of $§00.00 was referred to the Chair <br /> for approval c~ disapproval. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by McBride and carriec <br /> to amend Ordinance <br /> the City Attorney was instructed/to Teal Section B of <br /> <br /> the Plumbing Ordinance No. 821 applying to the bond of <br /> $2000.00 in accordance with the petition of Plumbing <br /> Contractors · <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded ~y Warner and car- <br /> ried, the application of Br. John McAuley for permission <br /> to conduct his office as physician at his residence at <br /> 627 Orange Avenue, was referred to the Planning Commissi~ <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br /> ried, the application of G.
