Nichols. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Mr.&M~s.R.B.Adams. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the Resolution adopted by the Merits Bible Class <br />and the adult department of the First Methodist Episcopal <br />Church of Santa Aha commending the Council on the action <br />taken on tango games, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the application of Michael J. Nichols for per- <br />mission to operate the Pool Hall at 902 E. Fourth Street <br />was referred to the Chief of Police and Police <br />to report back in one week. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Adams for <br />permission to erect an S~xl2' stand for the purpose of <br />selling produce at their residence, 71~ E.
