LeGaye, E.G. Warner, <br />W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. No. 2372 <br /> <br />Adopting Map for <br /> <br />Abandonment of Alley. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and car- <br /> <br />ried, the recommendation of the Charles W. Bowers Memoria. <br />Museum Board was accepted and the application of the <br /> <br />Santa Ana Art Association to hold an exhibit in the <br /> <br />Museum, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the communication from the Secretary of the <br />Orange County League of Municipalities inclosing copy of <br />the By-Laws of the League, was received and the Clerk <br />instructed to mail a copy of the By-Laws to each Council <br />member. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the communication of Metropolitan Water Districl <br />with Ordinance No. 41 attached, was received and the <br />Clerk instructed to post Ordinance on bulletin board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers for <br />month of November were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />carried, the <br />ing to demands <br /> <br />Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />C~rk was instructed to draw warrants accord- <br /> <br /> audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the license of Julia Sultzer to sell beverages at 1904 <br /> <br />W. Fifth Street, was revoked on recommendation of the <br />Chief of Police and City Attorney after hearing had been <br />held to show cause why license should not be revoked. <br /> <br />A resolution adopting map for the abandonment of a ~ <br /> <br />of an alley ~ourteen feet wide in Block "B" of Bailey's <br />Addition to the Town of Santa Ana as shown on Map <br />in Book 21, page 12, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, was filed, read, considered, designated <br /> <br /> <br />
