Witmer. <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br />Minutes Of the special emergency meeting called <br />by the Mayer and held in the City Hall, March llth, <br />1933, and minutes of all subsequent meetings were <br />read and on motion of Trustee Warner, duly seconded <br />by HasenJaeger and carried, the minutes were approved. <br />In Re The applications of D. W. Cox and Thomas C.
