In Re <br /> <br />City Hall Offices <br /> <br />in Santora Bldg.~ <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Secure Funds <br /> <br />for Rehabilitation <br />Reconstruction Finance Corp. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Trustee RasenJaeger <br /> <br />Acting Chairman of Council. <br /> <br />APPROVED .~ <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of-San~a Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, temporary City Hall headquarters were established <br />in the Santora Building, Second and Broadway. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, Mayor and Attorney were instructed to attend <br />meeting to be held in Los Angeles at noon today, March <br />15th, by Chambers of Commaerce and representatives of all <br />affected cities and to consult with the Corporation Com- <br />missioner and if necessary, go to Sacramento with view to <br />proper organization of corporation in order to handle <br />funds for rehabilitation if secured from the <br /> <br />Finance Corporation. <br /> <br />0n motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and ca~ried, <br /> <br />Trustee Hasenjaeger was appointed Acting Chairman of the <br /> <br />City Council in the absence of Mayor Witmer. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner,. seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, a recess was declared. <br /> <br /> ~ity Clerk. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular adjourned aession. <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Witmer. <br /> <br />Preaent: Trustees A.F. V. Cortelyon, Division P~gineer California Highway <br />District #7, appeared before the Council and explained the <br />method to be used to procure funds from the State for the <br />repair of streets damaged by earthquake disturbances. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger, the <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into <br />an agreement with the State of California to procure <br />funds from the State for repair of streets, was read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 2351 and adopted by <br /> <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
