On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, temporary City Hall headquarters were established in the Santora Building, Second and Broadway. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, Mayor and Attorney were instructed to attend meeting to be held in Los Angeles at noon today, March 15th, by Chambers of Commaerce and representatives of all affected cities and to consult with the Corporation Com- missioner and if necessary, go to Sacramento with view to proper organization of corporation in order to handle funds for rehabilitation if secured from the Finance Corporation. 0n motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and ca~ried, Trustee Hasenjaeger was appointed Acting Chairman of the City Council in the absence of Mayor Witmer. . On motion of Trustee Warner,. seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, a recess was declared. ~ity Clerk. City Council met in regular adjourned aession. Meeting called to order by Mayor Witmer. Santa Ana, California. 217 North Broadway. March 17th, 1933. 4:4S P.M. Mr. S. V. Cortelyon, Division P~gineer California Highway District #7, appeared before the Council and explained the method to be used to procure funds from the State for the repair of streets damaged by earthquake disturbances. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger, the Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with the State of California to procure funds from the State for repair of streets, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2351 and adopted by the following vote:
