Finney. In Re Reso. No. 2359 Consenting to Sale of Property--Board of Education. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the application of the Burgess Repair Shop, 1429 W. Fifth Street for permission to move the shop to 1615 W. Seventh Street temporarily, was referred to the Planning Commiss ion. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, the application of Walter Schwandt for permission to erect a lath house at the southwest cerner of Main and Pomona Streets, size 48'x 24t was referred to t~he Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the application of C. A. Harnois for a permit to operate a commercial poultry and rabbit yard on Lot i and 2, Tract 270, which is in the 2400 block ~Vest Fifth Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the Council decided to rescind all action taken relative to the establishment of a five foot set-back linc on N. Ross Street between First and Fifth Street and the Clerk was instructed to advise the petitioners that a map or plat must be filed showing the street and lot lines, and the proposed set-back lines, and the distance thereof from the regularly established property line, together with petition designating the street or portion of street along which such lines are sought to be established. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the application of D. W. Cox for the appointment as a special police officer without pay, was denied. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by P~nn and carried the application of Thomas C. Finney for the appointment as a special police officer without pay was approved. ,, On motion of' Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGaye and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: BE IT RESOLVE~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that this Council hereby consents to the sale by the Board of Education of the City of Santa Ana of certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County Orange, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
