Fifth Street for permission to move the shop to <br /> <br />1615 W. Seventh Street temporarily, was referred to the <br /> <br />Planning Commiss ion. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, <br />the application of Walter Schwandt for permission to erect <br />a lath house at the southwest cerner of Main and Pomona <br />Streets, size 48'x 24t was referred to t~he Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the application of C. A. Harnois for a permit to operate <br />a commercial poultry and rabbit yard on Lot i and 2, <br />Tract 270, which is in the 2400 block ~Vest Fifth Street, <br />was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the Council decided to rescind all action taken <br />relative to the establishment of a five foot set-back linc <br />on N. Ross Street between First and Fifth Street and the <br />Clerk was instructed to advise the petitioners that a map <br />or plat must be filed showing the street and lot lines, <br />and the proposed set-back lines, and the distance thereof <br />from the regularly established property line, together <br />with petition designating the street or portion of street <br />along which such lines are sought to be established. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the application of D. W. Cox for the appointment as a <br />special police officer without pay, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by P~nn and carried <br />the application of Thomas C.
