Lorenz at 106 E. Fourth Street, was granted ,,-~er supervision of the Electrical Inspector. On motion of T~ustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the application ef Harry E. Rinehart to conduct a Glass Hot-House for flowers at 1415 E. First Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the recommendation cf the Planning Commission was accepted and the application of Harry E. Rinehart for per. mit to conduct Glass Hot House at 1416 E. First Street, was granted.trader special uses, # On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the application of C. A. Harnois for pex~nit to operate a Commercial Poultry and Rabbit Establishment at Lot 1 and 2 Tract 270 or in the 2400 block West Fifth Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Wa~ner and carried the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepts, and the application of C. A. Barnois to operate a cial Poultry and Rabbit Establishment, was granted under special uses. # On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the property at the southwest corner of Main and Pomona Streets was ordered posted for special uses and the hear- inS date set June 19th, in accordance with the applicatio~ of Walter Schwandt for pe~mission to erect a lath house for numsery purposes, at said location. # On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by La,aye and ried~ the application of the G~anas Jewelry Company for a pe~mlt to dispose of stock of Jewelry by public auction at 218 W. Fourth Street, was granted. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the communication of the League of California Municipalities urging the Co,oil to make immediate appli. cation if construction of any public school~ building, etc. is contemplated that can qualify under the provisionl of the National Public Wo~ks bill, was received and filed for Z~a~ther causideration.
