Eckles. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bleachers in <br /> <br />Municipal Bowl. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warne~ and <br />carried, the communication amd copies of Ordinances No. <br />36 and 37 of the Metropolitan Water District were receive, <br />and filed and Clerk instructed t0~'post Ordinances. <br /> <br />On motion of-Trustee NasenJaeger, seemded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the City ~ttorney was instructed to make applica- <br />tion to the Unified Rehabilitation Corporation for a loan <br />to the City of ~anta Ann for the repair of earthquake <br />damage. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, secc~ded ~ry Warner and <br />carried, the application of Juan M. Ramirez for permissioz <br />to operate a pool hall at 903 E. Fourth Street, was denied <br />on recommendation of the Police Commissioner. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, <br />theapplication of J. S. Klepper for pemmission to operate <br /> <br />the pool hell at 406 E. Fourth Street, was granted as <br />recommended by the Police Commissioner. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee warner, seconded by Penn and carried. <br />the application of C. F. ~ldleman, owner of the Courtesy <br />Cab Company, for permission to stand one or more of his <br />taxicabs upon parking lot at 505 N. Broadway, was granted <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />tied, ~A. ustee W. H. Penn, was granted permiscion to leave <br />the ~tate until July 20th, 1935. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the report of the City A~torney was accepted, stat- <br />img that C. w.
