Fifth Street, was granted with the provision <br />that license will be revocable if person or firm does not <br />comply with the Ordinance regulating such business. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the .budget for the year 1933-1934 as submitted <br />by the City Auditor, was approved.. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the Council proceeded to open bids for City <br />Advertising for the coming year as follows: <br /> <br /> Register Publishing Co., Ltd. .45~ .45~ .45~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the bid of the Register Publishing Co., Ltd. <br />was accepted and the City Attorney instructed to prepare <br />agreement covering the City Advertising. <br />,, <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California, <br />fixing the ~mount of money ascertained to carry on the <br />various departments of the City of Santa Arm, and to pay <br />the bonded indebtedness falling due for the current year <br />1933-34, and fixing the rate of taxation for the current <br />~ear 1933-34, designating the number of cents on each <br />lO0.O0 for the various funds of said City on the whole <br />of the taxable property of said City as set by the County <br />Assessor of the County of Orange, State of California, <br />and equalized by the Board of Supervisors Of said County, <br />and hereby levied on the whole of the taxable property <br />of said City." <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and referred back to the <br /> <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Truatee Hasenjaeger, <br /> <br />seconded by Warner and <br /> <br />carried, the con~unication of the Orange County Printers <br />sigRed by Santa Arm Printers <br />Association/suggesting that the city printing be divided <br /> <br /> <br />
