RESOLUTION NO. 53-55 APPOINTING THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY AND FIXING THE CO~ENSATION <br />FOR THE POSITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Aha became <br />effective on the 14th day of April 1953 at the hour of 8:00 <br />P.M. and position of City Attorney becsme appointive there- <br />under thereby terminatin~ the former elective status of the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That John K.
