RESOLUTION NO. 5~-21 APPOINTING T~]~ CITY <br />ATTORNEY A~<UD FIXiI~G TH~ COLfPENSATiON hiND HOURS <br />FOR Ti<E POSITION <br /> <br /> ~}~REAS, since April l&, 1954 the City of Santa nna, Cali- <br />fornia has had an appointed City Attorney on what is commonly <br /> <br />called a part time basis; and <br /> <br /> ?~2~REAS, the duties of the office of <br />to such an extent that it is now desirable <br /> <br />City Attorney have grown <br />that the City establish <br /> <br /> the position of City Attorney on a full time basis; <br /> <br /> NOW, TY~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That J0~t K.
