M. Thurnaer with reference <br />to the number of cats and dogs being cared fur at her <br />residence, 323 E. Camille Street, was received and filed. <br /> <br />The application of Robert Williams for permission to <br />drive a taxicab for the Broadway Cab at 305 N. Broadway <br />was with~wawn. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and caF- <br />tied, the proposal of Roy Mooshagian to collect all gar- <br />bage and rubbish, both combustible and non-combustible, <br />in the City of santa Ana and to give the same service as <br />is now rendered by the City, for the sum of $2,150.O0 per <br />month, for a period of time not less than one year, was <br />referred to Trustee HasenJaeger for investigation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br />ried, the application of Sears New & Used Parts for per- <br />mission to conduct a garage business and used car market <br />at their place of business, 601-03 E. Fourth Street, was <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the Health Report for the months of October, November <br />and December, 193~, was referred to the Finance Oommittee <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner end <br />carried, and on recommendation of the City Attorney, the <br />demand of Rogers McCarthy against the City of ~anta Aha <br />for the sum of $1,380.00 for personal injuries, medical <br />bill and loss of time for damages suffered by claimant on <br />December 21st, 193~, was rejected. <br /> <br />0nmotion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br /> <br />the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
