Was expressing apprecia- <br />tion on behalf of the residents in the vicinity of the <br />city dump yard, for the fine clean-up work earried on at <br />the city dump, was received and filed and Clerk instructe, <br />to acknowledge the communication. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the commas!cation from Harry Welch,of the Orange <br />County Coast Association with reference to their meeting <br />at the Aquarium Cafe at San Clemente, February 20th, was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the application of Robert Williams for permission to <br />drive a taxicab for the Broadway Cab, was granted on <br />recommendation of the Taxi Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
